About Us
I've spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, primarily with Gregori Construction Inc., where I served as an estimator, project manager, and ultimately managed the company's Florida operations. After opening our Titusville branch in 2004, I was responsible for everything from estimating and project management to scheduling, contracts, business development, and day-to-day operations. When I took over the branch full-time, my team and I grew its annual volume from approximately $500,000 to more than $12 million.
My experience extends well beyond the typical responsibilities of an estimator or project manager. I've provided engineering and constructability solutions for challenging work including bridge and railway bridge jacking, temporary support systems, personnel access systems, concrete formwork, excavation support, and sheet and soldier pile systems. I've spent much of my career figuring out what a project needs to be successful—how the work should be sequenced, when materials need to be ordered, where problems are likely to arise, and when a change in scope really warrants a change order.
Gregori Consulting was founded to bring that practical, construction-minded experience to a select group of clients. With on-staff Professional Engineering support and access to decades of construction experience, we can provide practical guidance from initial concept through design, permitting, and construction. We work with contractors, property owners, developers, municipalities, and engineering firms that need experienced guidance without the overhead of a large consulting organization. We are a fully licensed State of Florida General Contractor (CGC-1530863), fully bonded and insured. We deliberately limit the number of projects we take on so that every client receives direct, personal attention.
